These terms set out how we work together. Any project-specific scope and pricing is agreed separately in your proposal.

Nexus AI designs, builds, and deploys AI automation — including chatbots, workflow automation, AI agents, AI ads, AI websites, and AI booking agents — for small and medium businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each engagement are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed with you.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are fixed-scope with a fixed price. Invoices are issued per the milestones in your proposal and are payable within the stated terms. Work begins once the initial deposit (if any) is received.
You agree to provide timely access to the systems, data, and people needed to deliver the work, and to respond to review and approval requests within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in providing access or approvals may affect the agreed timeline.
On full payment, you own the automations, configurations, and documentation we build for you, to the extent permitted by any underlying third-party tools and platforms. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, and intellectual property used to deliver the work.
We treat your business information as confidential and only use it to deliver the agreed services. We expect the same confidentiality from you regarding our methods, pricing, and materials.
We warrant that our work will be delivered with reasonable skill and care and will conform to the agreed scope. We provide a warranty period after launch during which we fix defects at no cost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement.
Our automations may connect to third-party tools and platforms (e.g. CRM, ads, booking, AI providers). We are not responsible for the availability, changes, or actions of those third parties, and you remain responsible for your own accounts and subscriptions with them.
Either party may terminate an engagement if the other materially breaches these terms and does not remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post changes on this page and update the 'last updated' date below.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
